Randall Smith is the founder of Lake Harriet Law Office & Mediation Services, LLC. Mr. Smith earned his B.A. from Hamline University, his J.D. from Drake University and his M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
He has practiced law since 1996 and is licensed in all Minnesota Courts and in US Tax Court. His legal practice experience includes Divorce & Family Law, Family Mediation, Early Neutral Evaluations (both Social and Financial), cases involving complex financial issues and Tax Law and Tax Appeals.
