Mr. Smith’s 16 years of legal practice experience includes Divorce & Family Law matters, Divorce-related financial issues (including the non-marital tracing and valuation of assets and the valuation of debts), Property Division, Spousal Maintenance (Alimony) claims, Tax issues during Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support and Parenting Time matters.  He also represents clients in high-conflict cases and in cases involving complex legal issues.

Mr. Smith also conducts Financial Early Neutral Evaluations (FENE) and Social Early Neutral Evaluations (SENE) in Family Law cases, and he serves as a Mediator in Divorce and Family Law cases throughout the Twin Cities.
